Firemaking Status

By the looks of it the fire-race has been pretty much abandoned.. I have not yet talked to sonic about what is to follow but we may turn the blog into an animation themed youtube chat blog! I am hoping it will be the first of its kind and it would be funny to put that on Wikipedia.. anyway, if you aren't interested in the boring crap that is likely to follow, thanks anyway for looking at the blog and spending your time reading about our silly little lives.

Been messing with VirtualDub, which is a very cool piece of video editing software which I have been using to edit the blog videos. After downloading some new filters (with the aid of jimmyr) I created these masterpieces: (Click to see it work)

Another Very Big Level Update

You may have noticed that I am 2% closer to my goal than yesterday.. As promised, I have started firemaking again and have a lot of screen shots of firemaking levels and experience, and other general levels I obtained during the break.

I'm back

I have not lit a single fire in a while, mainly due to me being busy with other clan stuff, and me being ill. I know rumors are going round that i was murdered by members of the Runescape Greenpeace, but these rumors are in fact false. I may get back to it at some point during the next few days, but at the moment I am unsure... Watch this space ---> <---

Change of Tactics

I have decided that chopping and burning willows is taking too long for me, so I am going to try some different methods, both burning as chopping and chop/bank/burn.
The first I am going to try is using the Artic Pines on the fremmy isles, which could be better for me, as although it is less woodcutting exp, this will need me to get more logs for 99 woodcutting, meaning more logs for fletching (I like to think ahead). More posts if I find different methods or find one I like

Level Update and 500k

I've not posted in awhile but I'm still here, and have some progress updates.
First of all, I got this yesterday:






and got this as well:






And as Weirdosport got 1M exp, I thought I would get 500k exp.
So after ½ an hour of careful use of Tip.it's Calculator and Planners, I managed to find i could get 500k exp. However, once I started, the exp didn't quite come out as expected:






So... it's close enough. Even though I had to make some pyres for some shades...

Level Update

Having burned ALOT of logs yesterday. my total exp rose over 200,000 points and i reached levels 72 and 73 firemaking.

The pile of logs is now shrinking at a good pace, and I will soon need to cut more yews to fund the next pile.
( And the large space between the exp pictures and the logs piles is unintentional, but the table makes it so =/ )

70 Firemaking!!

Yes, another level in the same day! I burnt almost 3,000 willows today, gaining me over 200,000 firemaking experience.

And I'm starting to think my contribution to global warming is taking its toll on the crops..

But then, out from the trees a wild woman appeared jumping across a ditch (In style) fleeing from a random tiger!
But it turned out she ran straight into another one..
Is it a bird? Is it a clan leader? No it's Bibaco! Who happens to be a female clan leader.. strangely enough..

Another Big Level/Progress Update!

Major Progress update! Warning the contents you are about to view may give you a headache, they're so awesome!

To kick off, levels 68 and 69 firemaking, which puts me in the lead with 6% to 99...


Secondly, the large mass of willows is slightly reduced from its original glory


My firemaking experience has never looked so good!
For anyone that can read this, congratulations, but it's meant to say D'OH, as this is how i felt after 2,000 willows..

Tears of Guthix

Here are the Videos "Promised" by Sonic. Somehow the Tears Of Guthix video went from 60 MB to 240, then back down to 120, and i finally managed to get it at a healthy 2.8.. Long long story..

Should keep my occupied for quite some time..

Levels, Randoms, Taking Breaks and Keeping fit

So far today (or yesterday by the time this is posted) I've got up to 64 Fire Making and 67 Woodcutting:

Very big Progress/Level Update!

Ok today brings many exciting events and levels.

• To start with I achieved 1600 total! and am now on 1601.
• Secondly I got 86 Fletching!!
• And Finally I have 1,000 yews longs and 5,000 nature runes
